These shuttle buses are equipped with wheelchair accessibility so we are able to transport disabled residents.<br /><br><br />Disabled passengers can safely be driven to and from to and from work, doctors' offices, shopping malls, the airport, or wherever they need to go. Our shuttle buses meet and exceed the requirements set forth in The American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Many businesses have gone under and it affected everybody. I personally know 10 taxi / limo / shuttle companies that could not stay in business due to lack of reservations.<br /><br />This post is dedicated to how we managed to stay open and how our operating procedures have changed. <br /><br />Since 2003- 2009 we had 3 dispatchers all working 8-hour shifts to answer phone calls, bill invoices and respond to emails. Other staff and assets included 10 drivers and 7 vehicles. <br /><br />Now we have 1 part-time dispatcher (works evenings) and 12 drivers whom take turns driving 10 <a href="http://dtwshuttles.com/fleet.php">fleet vehicles</a>. All drivers take turns answering phone calls, billing invoice and responding to emails when they are not on the road. We started to lease a smaller office that gets the work done. <br /><br />Overall our company went through some major changes but in the end it all worked out fine.
